20 years ago we formed a company that became Canada's leader in the provision of technology and business solutions. The company we built and nurtured - MONTAGE - was sold to AT&T Canada in 2001.

During our run, the company had:

Grown from $0 - $70M in revenue;
Employed 450 fun, friendly, and very capable professionals;
Developed a comprehensive suite of services spanning many areas within the enterprise (Engineering and Design, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management, and Security);
Innovated, incubated and spun off a highly successful software product company;
Built strong partnerships with numerous leading technology firms including Oracle, Microsoft and Sun;
Established offices in multiple locations across North America and established operations in 6 continents around the world;
Constructed advanced technology centers in multiple locations across Canada to support the delivery of custom software solutions to clients around the world;
Defined, developed, and implemented a unique management process called FlexWORKS designed to deliver consistency and quality in every project we undertook;
Won several awards for management practices, technical innovation, quality; and consistency in growth and profitability;
Created a unique culture of honesty, integrity, and sincerity that many of our staff and customers appreciated and respected;

Two of the original MONTAGE founders have reunited with a talented group of partners and alumni to do it all over again!
